So how exactly does one develop & practice gratitude?

Here are our 2 proven ways to help YOU on your journey:

One of the most clear cut methods you can do to try this is to simply start a journaling process in your life. Amongst other things you can journal about (journaling holds many long-term benefits to personal success) you must write down at least 3 things you are grateful for in that given day.

It doesn’t have to be something grandiose & awe-inspiring every single day.

It could be small victories or aspects of your life that you truly value.

Some days it’s gonna be really easy. Maybe you got a job promotion. Or that girl you think is really cute talked to you.

Other times, you’ll be viciously scouring your mind for something in your life worth being thankful for. That’s the key to it.

It’s the small things we take for granted that often mean the most to us as we grow to realize they are there.

It’s the simple fact that you woke up today that’s worth losing yourself in zeal for.

It’s the fact that you have food in your table & people in your life that really care about you & love you. Regardless of what you may think. Despite what your situation may be.

You may be kinda lazy and choose not to write it. That’s fine. Just take some time during the day, could be at night before bed or when you wake up, to acknowledge and truly be thankful for everything that you have.
